Team Gravity Reveals Cover Art and More Details for the Gravity Daze Series Art Book

SIE Studio Japan’s Team Gravity has revealed more info on the contents of their upcoming Gravity Daze Series Art Book, including a look at some of the artwork. The art book contains artwork of both Gravity Rush and Gravity Rush 2, and appears to contain at least some of the artwork previously found in the two “Complete Guides” for the games. Artwork Created for the Gravity Rush Community Event in Mexico City

This artwork was made specifically for the Gravity Rush community event in Mexico City, which took place on June 12, 2012. Like much of the artwork from the original game, it was also included in the digital gallery in Gravity Rush Remastered.

Aside from 4 two page comics, a 5th (four page) comic was distributed exclusively in the Special Fan Book included with the game in Japan. It’s not clear if this 5th comic will be included as well.

There’s also a mention of a “Gravity Dream” comic included in the artbook, seemingly called “Gravity Daydream Final Episode” on the covert art. SIE Studio Japan PR Yasuhiro Kitao was kind enough to confirm that this is indeed a new 2 page comic. Sony also warns that the artbook will contain spoilers for those who haven’t finished the game.

Like the Complete Guide and the soundtrack, this is of course something I’ll be picking up when it’s released! Anyone else looking forward to the artbook? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments!

The art book is currently available for pre-order on Amazon Japan, and will be released on March 21, the same day when The Ark of Time – Raven’s Choice DLC will be made available for free for anyone who owns the game!
